Refund & Cancellation Policy

Important: At Maptrix, we aim to provide a high-quality audit tool for agencies and business owners. Because our Service provides immediate access to digital reports and data, we operate under the following policy.
Credit Purchases
- Non-Refundable:
All credit purchases are final. Once credits are added to your account, they cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded, as they provide immediate access to our report generation infrastructure.
- No Partial Refunds:
We do not offer partial refunds for unused credits.
- Exceptional Circumstances:
If you experience a technical failure where a credit was deducted but no report was generated, please contact help@maptrix.in within 7 days. If our logs confirm a system error, we will manually credit your account with the lost units (service credits) within 7 working days.
Cancellations
- Account Deletion:
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion by emailing support. Please note that deleting your account will result in the permanent loss of any remaining credit balance without a refund.
- Expiration:
As stated in our Terms of Use, credits expire 12 months after the date of purchase. Expired credits will not be reinstated.
How to Request Support
If you believe you are entitled to a credit restoration due to a technical error, please provide:
- Your registered email address
- Date and time of the transaction
- Description of the issue encountered
- Any error messages or screenshots (if available)
