Maptrix — Google Business Profile audit for Indian businesses

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Maptrix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you are using the Service on behalf of an agency or company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity. These terms are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India.

2. Description of Service

Maptrix provides analysis of Google Business Profiles based on publicly available information. The Service does not access private Google accounts, does not modify Google Business Profiles, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google in any manner. The reports are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of data provided by Google's APIs or public search results.

Maptrix also offers Maptrix GRID, a one-time purchase system of guidance and tools for improving a Google Business Profile, and Optimaptrix, a managed optimisation service delivered under a separate agreement.

3. Products and Payments

Maptrix operates on a pay-per-use basis. There are no subscriptions and no automatic renewals.

Credits (agency)	Purchased in advance. One (1) credit is consumed per audit report. Competitor benchmarking consumes five (5) credits.
Single reports	Individual audit reports may be unlocked one at a time without purchasing credits.
Maptrix GRID	A one-time purchase. Each licence covers one business, and the business name locks once the system is started. Includes one full audit report and twelve (12) months of updates.
Refunds	Governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which sets out the specific circumstances in which a refund is available for each product.
Expiration	Unused credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase. GRID access does not expire; the included updates run for 12 months.

4. Maptrix GRID Licence

•Scope: One licence permits use of GRID for one business. Using a single licence across multiple businesses or client profiles is a breach of these terms.
•Permitted use: You may use GRID to perform work for a client, and may share the reports and outputs it generates with that client.
•Not permitted: Copying, republishing, reselling, or redistributing the GRID system itself, its written content, or its tools, in whole or in part, whether or not for payment.
•No outcome guarantee: GRID sets out a method. It does not promise any particular search ranking, map pack position, traffic level, or business result, all of which depend on factors outside our control.

5. User Obligations

•Compliance: You must comply with Google's Service Terms. You shall not use this tool to scrape data in violation of Google's policies.
•Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Accounts are for a single user and may not be shared.
•Prohibited Use: You may not reverse engineer the tool, resell individual reports as a standalone service without authorization, or use the tool for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

•Our Property: We own all rights, titles, and interests in Maptrix, including the audit software, algorithms, the GRID system and its written content, and all branding.
•User Content: You retain rights to the data you input, but grant us a limited license to process that data to generate your requested reports.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Affiniq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Maptrix in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from approaching a competent consumer forum or statutory authority where such right cannot be lawfully waived.
