1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the GBP Audit Tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you are using the Service on behalf of an agency or company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity. These terms are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India.
2. Description of Service
The GBP Audit Tool provides analysis of Google Business Profiles based on publicly available information. The Service does not access private Google accounts, does not modify Google Business Profiles, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google in any manner. The reports are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of data provided by Google's APIs or public search results.
3. Credit-Based System and Payments
The Service operates on a "pay-per-use" basis using a credit system.
| Purchase | Credits are purchased in advance via the user dashboard. |
| Usage | One (1) credit is consumed for every one (1) audit report generated. |
| Refunds | All sales are final. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. |
| Expiration | Unused credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase. |
*Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., GST), which will be added at checkout.
4. User Obligations
- •Compliance: You must comply with Google's Service Terms. You shall not use this tool to scrape data in violation of Google's policies.
- •Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- •Prohibited Use: You may not reverse engineer the tool, resell individual reports as a standalone service without authorization, or use the tool for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual Property
- •Our Property: We own all rights, titles, and interests in the GBP Audit Tool, including software, algorithms, and branding.
- •User Content: You retain rights to the data you input, but grant us a limited license to process that data to generate your requested reports.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "AS IS." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Affiniq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from approaching a competent consumer forum or statutory authority where such right cannot be lawfully waived.
